BHIM app launched

Gearing up the move towards Digital India , Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently launched e-wallet app  BHIM( Bharat Interface for Money ) ,  which is named after Dr B.R. Ambedkar according to the sources. PM Narendra Modi mentioned that BHIM app is launched for making transactions more easy and reliable. BHIM is Aadhaar  based mobile payment service through which various transactions can be done. The app BHIM was launched at Digi Dhan Mela which was held in Delhi. It is basically refurbished version of UPI (Unified Payments Interface) and USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) This service can be used on a smartphone or a regular basic feature phone . At present it is available on Play Store for Android Devices , later it will be available on App Store also for iOS devices ( Can't say anything about Windows Phone 😋 ). Opera 42 released with Currency Converter

A new stable build has been released by Opera recently. The Internet Explorer Opera launched its new build with great tinkling and exciting features that are worth discussing. Opera  42 comes with a built-in currency converter tool. The Opera 42 is currently available on Mac, Windows and Linux platforms. Usually for currency conversion task users have to look out for Google or Xe.com , but with the new added feature in Opera 42 users can convert the currency in the same tab in which they are working without leaving the screen. They just have to select the amount given in the page and a pop-up will come out asking for conversion according to the default value that has been set. Opera 42 supports around 32 major currencies and the exchange rates are updated regularly based upon the exchange rates provided by European Central Bank. Apple Music rolled out My New Music Mix feature.

The company has started rolling out new features    to beta testers of iOS mobile OS and macOS Sierra, ahead of upcoming Apple’s    iPhone event going to be held on September 7 th . Apple Music’s new playlists was originally introduced at Worldwide Developers Conference in June, held this year. It is launched as a direct challenge to Spotify’s  “Discover Weekly” playlist. Apple is launching it with the tag “My New Music Mix”, which will be updated  every Fridyay with new songs and tunes. At the launch event , Worldwide Developers Conference it was showcased with the tag “Discovery Mix”, but I think later Apple realised that it was way similar to Spotify’s “Discover Weekly” and rebranded it as “My New Music Mix” . In the Music app,  under ‘For You’ option “My New Music Mix ” can be found, currently offering 25 tracks which is based over  your listening history. Intex Aqua Twist Launched

Intex has introduced its all new Intex Aqua Twist smartphone. The company has now listed the smartphone Intex Aqua Twist on its official site. The company is coming with a price tag of Rs. 5,199 and is expected to launch in coming few days. The most striking feature of Intex Aqua Twist is its rotating 5-megapixel camera, which are now a days seen in mid range smartphones, The rotating camera camera can be both used as front and rear camera. Intex Aqua smart sports a 5- inch IPS display having a resolution of 480*854. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It can store upto 8 GB of data and it can be expanded to 32 GB. The new Intex's smartphone is coupled with 1 GB of RAM clocked at 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580 SoC. The new Intex Aqua Twist is a dual-sim smartphone , juiced with a 2200mAh battery.
