Intex Aqua Twist Launched

Intex has introduced its all new Intex Aqua Twist smartphone. The company has now listed the smartphone Intex Aqua Twist on its official site. The company is coming with a price tag of Rs. 5,199 and is expected to launch in coming few days.

The most striking feature of Intex Aqua Twist is its rotating 5-megapixel camera, which are now a days seen in mid range smartphones, The rotating camera camera can be both used as front and rear camera.

Intex Aqua smart sports a 5- inch IPS display having a resolution of 480*854. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It can store upto 8 GB of data and it can be expanded to 32 GB. The new Intex's smartphone is coupled with 1 GB of RAM clocked at 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580 SoC.

The new Intex Aqua Twist is a dual-sim smartphone , juiced with a 2200mAh battery. It is boosted up by proximity sensor, ambient light sensor and accelerometer.

BHIM app launched

Gearing up the move towards Digital India , Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently launched e-wallet app BHIM( Bharat Interface for Money ) , which is named after Dr B.R. Ambedkar according to the sources. PM Narendra Modi mentioned that BHIM app is launched for making transactions more easy and reliable. Ubuntu is now available on the Windows Store

Last year when Microsoft brought native support for Ubuntu in Windows 10, it was like dream come true for the Linux geeks out there. Going a step further, Microsoft took another unprecedented move by bringing Ubuntu (Linux Distribution) to Windows platform. Splash Screens : Doing It The Right Way !

An Android application takes a little amount of time to start up , especially during the cold start i.e. the first time it runs on the device. The very idea of splash screen irritates me. I mean they just waste your time and show you a highly crafted logo. As an Android Developer, just kidding I am just a beginner, when I see splash screen I just imagine that some poor developer had to add a three second delay to the code, just under the society's pressure. Every time I open an application I have to just stare to a random picture for 3 seconds without any reason. I mean I just know which application I have opened and what it does, just let me use the app. According to the Google Recommendation : Google advocates that one should use a Splash Screen according to the Material Design Specs.
